Just two years after its last significant update, the replica TAG Heuer Aquaracer Professional 300 is undergoing another facelift. In 2022, replica TAG Heuer revamped its flagship diver with new dials, movements, and redesigned cases and bracelets. Some changes were minor, some were major, but they all helped the watch regain its competitive edge. Now, it’s time for another update, featuring reduced case sizes, improved movements, and stunning dials for the replica TAG Heuer Aquaracer Professional 300 Date and the replica TAG Heuer Aquaracer Professional 300 GMT..
The new replica TAG Heuer Aquaracers build upon the 2022 versions of the Aquaracer 300 Date and Aquaracer 300 GMT. While the primary upgrades focus on the dial and movement, the cases have been reduced from 43mm to 42mm. The Date model is 12mm thick, and the GMT is 13.45mm, both reasonable for their 300m water resistance. These watches maintain the 12-sided dive and GMT bezels (the latter being bidirectional) with lumed ceramic inserts matching the dial colors. Every model features a sapphire crystal and a solid caseback adorned with a diving helmet design.
The new Aquaracers come with either a fitted rubber strap or a bracelet, both equipped with clasps that have the brand’s built-in fine adjustment system. Unfortunately, there’s still no quick-release mechanism, so strap changes will require traditional tools. Notably, while the black and blue divers and the blue GMT offer the option of a rubber strap, the green models do not. However, considering Rolex charges $550 extra for a green bezel, missing out on a green rubber strap isn’t a major issue.
The dial has seen numerous updates. The most obvious change is the new pattern. The basic garage door embossing is replaced with an intricate wave pattern, previously seen on the 36mm Aquaracer 300s. This pattern is more exciting, if potentially more divisive than the Omega wave. The dive models are available in green, black, and blue, while the GMTs come in blue and green. The reduced case size has also led to a smaller dial diameter, allowing the date to sit neatly at 6 o’clock without an awkward lume pip. All lume on the dials and the bezel triangle is Super-LumiNova, and the date cyclops remains on the underside of the crystal.
Another change to the dial is the handset. While minor, the hour hand is now thicker with a line echoing the brand’s logo. The minute hand extends to the edge of the chapter ring and is filled with contrasting blue lume, along with the seconds hand lume segment and the bezel triangle. On the GMT, the minute hand matches the lume, with contrast given to the GMT triangle and bezel triangle. This design ensures excellent legibility and dynamic light play on the wrist.
Replacing the previous ETA-based Calibre 5 and Calibre 7, the new Aquaracer Date and GMT models use the automatic manufacture Calibre TH31-00 (Date) and Calibre TH31-03 (GMT). Introduced last year in the solid gold Aquaracer 200s, the TH31-00 is a result of collaboration with Sellita’s AMT customization, unlike the Kenissi-based TH30-00. AMT allows brands to fully leverage Sellita’s movement manufacturing and customize calibers to their needs. Brands like Carl F. Bucherer, Hanhart, and Baume & Mercier have recently utilized this division to offer exclusive manufacture calibers. The TH31 movements feature an impressive 80-hour power reserve, COSC-certified chronometer accuracy of -4/+6 seconds per day, and come with a 5-year warranty from replica TAG Heuer.
